Minnesota vs Edmonton: prediction for the NHL game

Minnesota are outside the playoffs zone, but they have improved their performance lately and got three victories in the last four games. At home, the Wild crushed Winnipeg (6:1), lost to Toronto (3:4), and got a hard-fought victory over Arizona (4:3). This season, the Wild usually win by one goal only or outside regulation, even when they play at home. The team is in good physical form and looks great in third periods. 

Edmonton have just two points more than Minnesota. They are also inconsistent and haven't won more than two games in a row for about a month. Nevertheless, in two of the last three matches, the Oilers were successful. After a victory over the Rangers (4:3), they defeated Florida (4:3 ОТ). Connor McDavid is excellent this season - he has already earned 39 points.
