This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Site, located at www.liontips.com (as well as its subdomains), receives from the User while they are using the Site, its programs and its products.

2. Definitions of terms

Administration – employees authorized to manage the Site, who organize and (or) process personal data and determine the purposes of processing, the contents of personal data to be processed and the actions performed with personal data.

Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

Personal data processing – any action or set of actions performed with personal data using automation tools or without them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

Confidentiality of personal data – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or another legal ground.

User – a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the information, articles and products of the Site.

Subdomains – pages or sets of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the Site, as well as other temporary pages that use the contact information of the Administration.

Cookies – small pieces of data stored by the Site in the User's browser and sent back to the Site on subsequent requests.

3. Basic provisions

By using the Site, the User agrees that they understand and accept the use of their personal information as set out in this Policy.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, they should stop using the Site and refrain from providing personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. The Site does not control and is not responsible for any third-party sites the User may access through links available on the Site.

The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User and assumes that the User provides accurate information and keeps it up to date.

4. Subject of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration regarding non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when registering on the Site or subscribing to a newsletter.

Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User through filling in forms on the Site and include:

  • surname, name and second name;
  • contact phone number;
  • email address;
  • residential address (if necessary);
  • photo (if necessary).

The Site also processes data that are transferred automatically when the User visits its pages:

  • IP address;
  • cookies;
  • browser and device information;
  • time of access;
  • referrer (address of the previous webpage).

Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization. Statistics on IP addresses are used to prevent, detect and solve technical problems.

5. Purpose for collecting personal data

  • establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Site, and processing requests and applications from the User;

  • confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
  • creating an account, if the User has agreed to create one;
  • notifying the User by email;
  • providing technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site;
  • providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site.

6. Methods and terms of personal data processing

Personal data are processed in any lawful way, including within personal data information systems, with or without automation tools. Personal data are stored no longer than required for the purposes listed in section 5, after which they are deleted or depersonalized.

The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies only on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable law.

The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

In the event of a personal data breach, the Administration investigates the incident, takes measures to mitigate its consequences and, where required by applicable law, notifies the competent supervisory authority and the affected Users.

7. Location of data and cross-border transfer

The Operator is a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation. Personal data of Users are processed and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

By submitting personal data through the Site, the User agrees to their transfer to the Operator and to processing under the terms of this Policy. The Operator protects the transferred data in accordance with this Policy regardless of where the processing takes place.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User has the right to:

  • make a free decision to provide the personal data necessary for using the Site and give consent to their processing;
  • update or complete the provided information in case of any changes;
  • receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, unless such right is limited by law;
  • demand clarification, blocking or deletion of their personal data if the data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • take measures provided for by law to protect their rights.

To exercise these rights, the User should contact the Administration at [email protected] or through the Contacts page. The Administration provides a reasoned response within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

The Administration obliges to:

  • use the received data solely for the purposes specified in section 5 of this Policy;
  • keep confidential data secret, not disclose them without the prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User's personal data, except as described in section 6;
  • take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect this kind of data;
  • block personal data related to the User from the moment of a request from the User, their legal representative or an authorized data protection body, for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

9. Liabilities of the parties

The Administration that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with applicable law, with the exception of the cases described below.

In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Administration is not responsible if this information:

  • became public domain before its loss or disclosure;
  • was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration;
  • was disclosed with the consent of the User.

The User is responsible for compliance with applicable law, including laws on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, and protection of trademarks and service marks, including responsibility for the content and form of the materials they publish.

Responsibility for any information posted on the Site by the User, including information protected by copyright, is taken by the person who provided it. Content available on the Site may be an object of intellectual property, the rights to which belong to the Operator, other Users, partners or advertisers. The User may not modify, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such content, in whole or in part, except with the written permission of the rights holder. Distribution of text content that is publicly available on the Site is allowed provided that a link to the Site is given.

The Administration is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of deletion, failure or inability to save any content transmitted through the Site, nor for direct or indirect losses caused by the use of or inability to use the Site or its individual services, unauthorized access to the User's communications, or statements and behavior of any third party on the Site.

10. Dispute resolution

Before going to court with a claim arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim in written or electronic form proposing a voluntary settlement of the dispute.

The recipient of the claim notifies the applicant about the results of its consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, in written or electronic form.

If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the location of the Operator, unless mandatory provisions of the law of the User's country of residence require otherwise.

11. Additional terms

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version takes effect once it is published on the page /privacy-policy, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
