User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of the website www.liontips.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration” or “Liontips”) on the one hand, and the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) on the other.

The Liontips website is a mass media outlet.

By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Liontips website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Administration grants the User the right to post the following information on the website:

  • Text information.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User has the right to:

  • Search for information on the website;
  • Receive information from the website;
  • Use the information obtained from the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Administration has the right to:

  • At its own discretion and as necessary, create, modify, or cancel rules;
  • Restrict access to any information on the website.

The User undertakes to:

  • Not disrupt the proper functioning of the website;
  • Not use scripts (programs) for the automated collection of information and/or for interaction with the website and its services.

The Administration undertakes to:

  • Maintain the functionality of the website, except in cases when it is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration’s control;
  • Ensure comprehensive protection of the User’s account;
  • Protect information whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the User’s account in case of violation of these rules.

4. Liability of the Parties

  • The User is personally and fully responsible for the information they distribute.
  • The Administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties.
  • In the event of force majeure circumstances (military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User or the uninterrupted operation of the website.

5. Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force upon any use of this website.

The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the release of a new version.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its own discretion.

The Administration does not notify users about changes to this Agreement.

6. Personal Data

Personal data of the User is processed on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Additional Provisions

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current laws of the country in which the website owner is registered.
  • The invalidity of any clause of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.
  • The continued use of the website after changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
