Lakers vs Brooklyn: prediction for the NBA match

Los Angeles Lakers are putting up a poor performance in the current season. Team is currently at the 14th spot in the Western conference standings. Lakers might drop to the 15th spot in the standings in case of a defeat. 

Darwin Ham's men have lost five games in a row. Lakers have recorded only two victories in the current season. Los Angeles team was close to a victory in the previous game, but lost the close encounter to Sacramento (114:120). 

Brooklyn are in a better situation than the Lakers. Team is currently at the 9th spot in the Eastern conference standings. 

Some key players of the Nets are on injuried list, but they are still quite successful - they have recorded four victories and five defeats. But team was terrible at the start of the season and head coach, Steve Nash, was eventually fired. Jacque Vaughn took over the team as a new coach. Brooklyn have recorded two comfortable victories recently - over the Los Angeles Clippers (110:95) and over the New York Knicks (112:85).
