Manchester City have not lost a game in the 2022-23 edition of the Champions League - with 14 points from four wins and two draws, the City team qualified for the playoffs from the top line in their group. In the last group game, Pep Guardiola's men beat Sevilla (3:1).

The Sky-Blues are currently in 2nd place in the Premier League with 32 points to their name. In the last match, they defeated Fulham (2:1) while being one man down since the 26th minute. Before that, Man City got a narrow win over Leicester City (1:0). They have the best attack in the league with 39 goals scored in 13 games.

Since then, they had two draws and two losses - after a devastating defeat to Brighton (1:4), Chelsea lost to Arsenal (0:1).

In the Champions League, however, the Blues secured the top-line finish and qualified for the last 16. Graham Potter's men won four out of six games and collected a total of 13 points. They also delivered a solid defensive performance, conceding under one goal per game on average. In the last group game, Chelsea defeated Dinamo Zagreb (2:1).

The Blues will be without Kante, Fofana, James, Chilwell, Chukwuemeka, and Arrizabalaga.
