Arman Tsarukyan - Mauricio Ruffi: betting tip (cf 1.51) and bets on the fight

Command Analysis

Current form
Arman Tsarukyan is able to find another tournament for himself even if the calendar is already packed to capacity. While the rest of the fighters are preparing for their next appearance in the octagon, the Armenian lightweight manages to compete in freestyle wrestling and grappling tournaments. In 2026 alone, he had eight fights as part of the Real American Freestyle. Meanwhile, I found time to return to the UFC.
The last fight in the world's biggest league took place in November 2025. Then Tsarukyan met with Dan Hooker and dealt with the New Zealander in the second round, ending the fight with a stranglehold — a hand triangle. After that, he managed to hold 12 more wrestling and grappling bouts. Tsarukyan's UFC stats look convincing: ten wins with two losses. He suffered his first defeat from Islam Makhachev back in the debut match of the promotion, and lost in a competitive bout. The second was the confrontation with Mateusz Gamrot. The decision of the judges there turned out to be controversial, and many observers believed that the victory should have gone to the Armenian fighter.
Tsarukyan's most notable successes include a split decision victory over Charles Oliveira and an early success in a fight with Bene'il Dariusz. Armand knocked out the latter in the first round after knocking him with a knee and then finishing him off. He also defeated Joaquim Silva, Damir Ismagulov, Yoel Alvarez, Christos Giagos and Matt Frevola. In 2017, Tsarukyan became the champion of Modern Fighting Pankration, then defended the title and soon received an invitation to the UFC. He currently has 23 wins and three losses. He won nine times by knockout, eight by decision of the judges and six more by submission.
Tsarukyan has long been perceived as one of the main contenders for the top of the lightweight division. However, there is sometimes such an informational noise around him that the actual sports component begins to get lost. The defeat of Makhachev in an equal fight and the increased popularity outside the octagon only fueled this effect. Yes, the last victory over Hooker turned out to be bright. But still, do not forget that the New Zealander subsequently repeatedly found himself in difficult situations against strong opponents.

Current form
Mauricio Ruffi is going to fight Tsarukyan on a completely different path. The Brazilian is not particularly fond of long chess games and prefers to solve problems quickly. In June, he caused a real sensation by stopping Michael Chandler in the first round. Moreover, it happened in front of the public right on the lawn of the White House: Ruffy first hit with a roundhouse kick, and then brought the attack to a technical knockout. Before that, the Brazilian also dealt with Rafael Fiziev ahead of schedule, stopping him in the second round. The victory looks especially significant considering how serious a rival Fiziev remained throughout his career.
But Ruffy's path to the UFC didn't consist solely of beautiful knockouts. He suffered his first defeat in the promotion from Benoit Saint-Denis. The Frenchman managed to impose wrestling and grappling on the Brazilian, and in the second round ended the fight with a painful reception. This particular fight is especially interesting now in the context of the meeting with Tsarukyan. Because Saint-Denis actually showed where Ruffy can have the most unpleasant problems.
At the same time, the Brazilian has outstanding victories over Bobby Green, whom he knocked out with a roundhouse kick in the first round, as well as over James Llontop and Jamie Mullarkey. Ruffy is a former Centurion Fight Championship and Mega Fight Championship champion. The 30-year-old fighter has 12 wins and two losses on his professional account. Moreover, he won 11 of his victories by knockout and only one by decision of the judges. The main intrigue also lies in the distance. The upcoming bout is designed for five rounds, and Ruffy has only fought twice in his entire career for more than two rounds. In one case, he won ahead of schedule in the third round even before joining the UFC, in the other, he won by decision against Llontop.
Tsarukyan also has no experience of five-round fights. But there is an important detail here: his style is much better adapted to a long distance. Fighting, control, constant pressure and the need to work with the opponent's body require a huge amount of energy, but they allow you to gradually deprive the opponent of his main weapon. If the fight drags on, this circumstance can be very significant.

Tip and bets
Tsarukyan will try to solve the problem not where Ruffy is particularly dangerous. A Brazilian should not be allowed to work calmly at a distance, feel the moment for an explosive attack and choose an episode for a spectacular strike. At the same time, Armand will not necessarily be looking for a painful technique. His task may turn out to be much more prosaic and at the same time more effective: pin Ruffy to the net, move him down, hold his position and constantly force the Brazilian to defend. There is also a question of endurance. Ruffy is used to finishing work quickly, whereas five rounds is a completely different conversation. Tsarukyan doesn't have to force things from the first minute. If he survives the initial onslaught and forces the Brazilian to fight a lot, the situation may gradually change.
