Acend reached the quarterfinals after a difficult but well-deserved victory over Lavked 2-1. The series did not start perfectly for the Bulgarian team. On their choice, Overpass, Acend lost with a score of 9:13. The opponent confidently spent the first half and created a comfortable lead, which he then managed to keep until the end of the map. However, after an unsuccessful start, the team did not crumble. The situation on the Mirage has changed dramatically. Acend looked much more confident, competently controlled the space and regularly won important shootouts. The result was a solid advantage and a 13:7 victory.

The fate of the series was decided on Dust2. The map turned out to be tense and kept the intrigue almost until the last rounds. Acend managed to cope better with the pressure in the end and put the squeeze on the opponent with a score of 13:11. REDSTAR became the main hero of the meeting. The Bulgarian player finished the match with a K-D score of 52-38, an average damage per round of 81 and a rating of 1.24. 

Current form

INOX Division also had to hold a full-fledged series of three maps in the 1/8 finals. The Russian team met with SPARTA and started the match with a defeat at Nuke — 10:13. Despite decent resistance, the team lost the initiative to the opponent and found itself in the role of catching up. But then there was a completely different INOX Division on the server.

At Overpass, the team demonstrated high—quality organization of the game and reliable defense, thanks to which they confidently equalized the score in the series - 13:7. The decisive Dust2 turned into a real master class from the Russian team. SPARTA got almost no opportunity to return to the game 13:3. FenomeN has been particularly prominent. The player finished the match with a K-D of 49-31, an ADR of 83 and a rating of 1.28.
