Gornyak made a great start to the first round of the playoffs. Returning to the home arena, the Permians did not change their tactics and tried to realize themselves in attack again. The puck stubbornly missed the target, which led to another setback and put the club on the verge of relegation from the playoffs. Only in the second leg, with the support of the home crowd, the team was able to achieve the desired result, with great difficulty pulling Victoria out in overtime (3:2). In particular, it is worth noting goalkeeper Gorshkov, who deflected 33 shots out of 35.
