NRG went through a real ride of emotions in their match on January 28, snatching a 2-1 victory against B8 in 1/8 of the upper bracket of Stage 1. The series began with a cold shower — Dust2, where NRG completely failed the T-side, losing half 3:9. B8 confidently closed the map 13:4, leaving no room for a comeback. The Mirage has become the complete opposite. Here, NRG has already turned on the dominance mode, destroying the opponent on CT — 12:0 with perfect pistols from nitr0 and br0. The T-side turned into a formality, and the card closed 13:2.

The decisive Inferno turned out to be as dense as possible. NRG took the first half 9:3 on T, but after changing sides, B8 almost reached the comeback, reducing the score to 11:13. At key moments, nitr0 had his say — several clutches he won decided the outcome of the card and the entire series. As a result of the match, he became the most stable — KD 37-40, ADR 66.4, rating 1.04. br0 added firepower — 36-42, ADR 82.6, rating 1.17.
