Current form

Barcelona traditionally approached the start of the season as one of the main favorites of the championship along with Real Madrid, but had problems at the start of the championship. Real Madrid skillfully used several mistakes made by the Catalans and broke away in the table, but the situation did not get out of control, and Hansi Flick's team regained the gap and took the lead in the first round.

The blue-garnet team justified their status as the favorite and won 4-2, managing to climb to ninth place in the table. In a few days Barcelona will host Copenhagen in the last round.

Current form

Oviedo looked very solid in the Segunda Division last season and got a place in the Example through the playoffs, but it was not possible to seriously strengthen the squad in the summer. In the first round, the Blues still played several bright matches, but they failed to produce a single long-lasting successful series, so the change of mentor was overdue quickly. In December, Guillermo Almada was entrusted with saving the team from relegation.

Oviedo currently occupies the last place in the table with 13 points in the asset and gradually the situation is becoming critical – there is already a gap of seven points from the saving 17th place. In the last round, the Blues faced Osasuna and had every chance to grab points, but eventually lost 2:3 in Pamplona and extended their winless streak to 13 matches.
