The 23-year-old African has eight wins — seven by knockout, one by decision — and one defeat. He is young, powerful and fearless.

Andrey Pulyaev, tall and long-armed, knocked out Nick Klein in the second round in the last match. Before that, there was a pretty boring unanimous decision loss to Duncan in the UFC debut in March 2025. Gauthier's statistics are impressive: 6.57 significant strokes per minute, passes only 1.95, accuracy is 60%, protection from takedowns is 92%, and he implements transfers at 100%. But all this was against opponents who are not yet ready for the real challenge. 

The 28-year-old Russian has ten wins — six by knockout, two by decision, two by submission — and three defeats. He is the silver medalist of the Russian Pankration Cup and the bronze medalist of the Russian MMA Championship. Pulyaev knows how to spin hard, play from a distance and cause trouble, even if he looks like an outsider according to statistics.
