Edmonton Oilers - New York Islanders: betting tip (KEF 1.92) and bets on the NHL match

On January 14, Edmonton lost to Nashville 3-4 in overtime at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Zach Hyman scored the goals (twice for the majority) and Leon Draisaitl, while Connor McDavid scored two assists, extending the scoring streak to 20 matches. 

Goalkeeper Tristan Jarry blocked 23 shots in his return from injury, but defensive errors prevented him from maintaining a 3-2 advantage after the second period. Roman Yossi decided overtime at 3:43. The Oilers retain second place in the Pacific Division with a record of 23-16-8.

On January 14, the New York Islanders lost to the Winnipeg Jets 4-5 in a hard-fought match at the Canada Life Centre arena in Winnipeg.  The goals were scored by Anthony Duclair, Emile Heineman, Kyle Maclean and Matthew Schaefer (empty net). Ilya Sorokin blocked 17 of 22 shots, the team won back from 0-3 in the second period, but did not hold a draw. This is the second loss in the last five games for the Islanders. The Islanders broke a four-game scoring streak, but remained in second place in the Central Division with a 25-16-5 record.
