Current form

Lance didn't make a great start to the season. In the first round, Pierre Saget's team faced Lyon on their own field and suffered a minimal defeat with a score of 0:1. Despite this, it cannot be said that the game was unsuccessful. Lance controlled the ball 55% of the time, struck 18 shots at the opponent's goal, provided 13 corners and created four scoring chances. However, their luck turned against them that evening.

Brest scored a goal against Lille in the first round (3-3). In the second match, Eric Roy's team went to visit Toulouse, where they lost (0:2). The results, of course, are not encouraging, especially considering that there are no injured players in the team.

The main leaders were retained, but still Lilian Brazera and Mahdi Kamara were sold by the management to Rennes, having received 20 million euros for the two. The club did not sign famous players, but limited themselves to free agents and leased players. All this, of course, has not yet had a positive effect on the result, but it is only the beginning of the season, and the club has not yet reached its optimal shape.

In recent years, it has not been possible to play with the upcoming opponent on the road in the best way. Brest suffered defeats in the last three matches, and in the last two it was not even possible to score. Given the unintelligible start to the season, it will be extremely difficult to break these statistics, and even the absence of injured players in theory may not save the guests if the game does not improve.
