Radim Rulik's men have won three cups this season and are in great spirits after winning the home World Cup. Onjey Beranek's team approached the games at the home arena in good shape. He dealt with the Finns quite easily (4:2) and made another bid to win the European Tour stage. A day later, the Czechs took to the ice against the Swedes and were not so convincing. They lost the first and third periods, scoring two goals in the second 20 minutes.
