France vs Netherlands. Prediction and Betting Tips for Euro 2024 qualification

France national teamhad a chance for the trophy in the last World Cup, but fell just a little bit short. Didier Deschamps' team was among the main favourites for the gold medals before the start of the tournament and Frenchmen didn't disappoint. Team secured victories over Denmark (2:1) and Australia (4:1), but lost to Tunisia (0:1) in the group stage. Tricolors went past Poland, England and Morocco in the playoffs. Team eventually lost to Argentina on penalties in the title match, but overall, it was a successful tournament for France. 

Now French players are starting the qualification for Euro 2024, where they will play against the Netherlands, Greece, Ireland and Gibraltar. Some players are on the verge of debut for the national side - Lens goalkeeper Brice Samba, Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram and Chelsea defender Wesley Fofana. 

Netherlands national team put up a solid performance in 2022 World Cup, but fans surely wanted a better result. Team experienced no problems in group stage matches against Qatar, Senegal and Ecuador. The Oranges secured an easy victory over USA in the round of 16, but in the quarter-final they lost to eventual winners, Argentina, on penalties. 

After the World Cup, Ronald Koeman returned to the team. He was in charge of the Netherlands since 2018 to 2020. Head coach will probably bring his best eleven since the first minutes, but two players are ready for the debut. 

Both of these footballers are playing for Feyenoord, currently the top team of Eredivisie. Mats Wieffer and Lutsharel Geertruida might earn the first cap soon - the latter recently scored a winner against Ajax at Amsterdam Arena, extending Feyenoord's lead to six points.
