AC Milan are having a decent season. Stefano Pioli's men have competition for the top-4 finish, too - the 7th Roma are trailing the Rossoneri by just four points. In the last three games, AC Milan got knocked out of the Coppa Italia and drew against Lecce (2:2) and Roma (2:2).

Inter Milan did much worse at the start of their Serie A campaign, but on the other hand, they managed to secure a top-2 finish in a very difficult Champions League group. After the first 18 rounds of Serie A, the Nerazzurri are in 4th place, ten points behind Napoli. In the last outing, Simone Inzaghi's side got a slender (1:0) victory over Verona.
