Croatia vs Morocco: prediction for the 2022 FIFA World Cup match

Croatia national team had quite a tough group, but Zlatco Dalic's charges managed to qualify from the second line. The Checkered ones crushed Canada with a score of (4:1) and got two goalless draws against Belgium and Morocco.

In the Round of 16, Croatia got a hard-fought victory over Japan on penalties, and in the quarterfinals, they knocked out Brazil, also on penalties. In the semifinal game against Argentina, however, Croatia conceded two unanswered goals before halftime and allowed another one in the second half (0:3). 

Morocco national teamwere in the same group as Croatia. The team finished on top of the group with a total of seven points. After a draw with Croatia (0:0), Walid Regragui's men beat Belgium (2:0) and Canada (2:1). 

The Atlas Lions overcame Spain on penalties in the Round of 16, and then beat Portugal (1:0) in the quarterfinals. Youssef En-Nesyri delivered the winning goal. They became the first African team to reach the semifinals of the World Cup, where Morocco had to face France. They couldn't create another sensation and lost (0:2), but still have a chance to win the bronze.
