England vs Senegal: prediction for the World Cup match

England won their most recent international trophy 56 years ago. A narrow victory over Wales in the last game lifted Gareth Southgate's team to the top spot in the group for a first time since 2006 World Cup. Team didn't lose a single game in the current World Cup. 

Game against Wales saw the Englishmen scoring their 100th goal in the history of their performance on World Cup. 

Southgate is satisfied with team's discipline, players managed to overcome the serious pressure. Fans will have high expectations for tonight's game, because the Three Lions are considered much stronger team than Senegal. White will miss the upcoming game due to personal reasons. 

Before the start of 2022 World Cup, Senegal and Ecuador were considered main rivals for a 2nd place in Group A. African side suffered a 0:2 defeat to the Netherlands in the first game, but then secured two victories over Qatar and Ecuador. 

That success helped Senegal to become the third African team in the playoffs. Now team has a chance to become the first team to beat England in the current tournament.
