Germany vs Japan. Prediction and Betting Tips for 2022 World Cup

Germany national team cruised their way to Qatar  - Hansi Flick's charges won nine out of 10 qualifying matches (which was the best results in Europe) and reached the final stage of the FIFA World Cup for the 17th time in a row. The team scored 36 goals in qualification and conceded only four, which is an impressive record. 

Germany is intent to go all the way here. Four years ago, the DFB-Team couldn't reach the quarterfinals, and last year they were stopped by England in the first knock-out game of Euro-2020. On November 16, Germany got a slender victory over Oman (1:0) in a friendly, and they will be looking to make a more impressive start at the World Cup.

Germany will be without Muller, Rudiger, and Fullkrug. 

For Japan national team, this is the 7th World Cup. They conceded only six goals in 18 qualifying matches and comfortably secured their ticket to Qatar. However, in a recent friendly game against Canada, Hajime Moriyasu's men lost with a sccore of 1:2. Japan conceded the decisive goal on the 96th minute of the game. 

Japan have quite a difficult group with two world champions as opponents. But Japan shouldn't be underestimated. Four years ago in Russia, the Blues made it into the knockouts by having fewer yellow cards than Senegal and were very close to beating Belgium in the round of 16.
