Real Sociedad vs Mallorca: prediction for the La Liga fixture

A victory over Celta (2:1) in the previous match became a seventh one for the hosts in all competitions. That success helped the team to get closer to the Top-4 in La Liga. 

After nine rounds of the current season Real Sociedad have six victories and one draw, delivering 19 points and a 5th spot in the standings. The White-Blues have recorded four victories in four Europa League matches, delivering 12 points and a top spot in the group standings. Cho, Merquelanz, Sadiq, Sola and Oyarzabal will miss the upcoming match. 

Mallorca currently sit in mid-table, but their position is not so stable. After nine rounds of La Liga team is just two points above Almeria from the relegation zone. Javier Aguirre's men have recorded two victories and three draws, delivering nine points and a 12th spot in the standings. 

Team put up a weak offensive performance, scoring just seven goals. In the previous game the Islanders have suffered a 0:1 defeat to Sevilla. Llabres, Muriqi, Costa, Greif and Kadewere will miss the upcoming game.
