Borussia Dortmund were the favourites for the second-line finish in Group G before the start of the competition, and so far this is exactly where they sit. Edin Terzic's charges confidently defeated Copenhagen (3:0) in the first game and put up a good fight against Manchester City in England (1:2). Last week, the German team crushed Sevilla (4:1).

Julen Lopetegui was fired after Sevilla lost to Borussia Dortmund (1:4) last week, and Jorge Sampaoli took over as coach. Under his management, Sevilla drew against Athletic (1:1) at home.
