Sevilla vs Athletic: prediction for the La Liga fixture

Sevilla didn't sign any star players in the off-season, but team already has a number of strong and experienced athletes in the squad. However, after seven rounds Los Nervionenses have only one victory and two draws, which puts the team at 17th spot in the standings. 

After the only victory over Espanyol (3:2) the Red-Whites drew to Villarreal (1:1). On October 5, team suffered a heavy defeat to Borussia Dortmund (1:4), after that team appointed a 62-year old specialist, Jorge Sampaoli, as a new head coach. Acuna, Rekik, Marcao, Fernando and Corona will miss the upcoming game. 

Athletic also have a new head coach - Ernesto Valverde took over the team, it will be the third spell with the Bilbao club for the 58-year old specialist. 

Basques finished the previous season at 8th position, fans and club's board were unhappy with that result. After seven rounds of the current La Liga campaign the Lions have five victories and a draw, delivering 16 points and a 3rd spot in the standings. After a victory over Rayo Vallecano (3:2) visitors hammered Almeria (4:0). Berchiche and Vivian will miss the upcoming game.
