Mallorca vs Barcelona: prediction for the La Liga fixture

Mallorca managed to keep the La Liga spot in the previous season. The Islanders also managed to achieve success in Copa del Rey, reaching the quarter-final. Team got eliminated by Rayo Vallecano. In the second match of the current La Liga season the Red-Blacks got their revenge over the Madrid team, beating the Vallecans by a 2:0 score. During the summer, club signed Predrag Rakovic from Rennes for 2 million euros, Vedat Muriqi from Lazio for 7,7 million euros and Tino Kadewere from Lyon for 400 thousand euros. 

Javier Aguirre's team earned two victories and two draws in six matches, delivering eight points and a 10th spot in the standings. After a defeat to Real Madrid (1:4) the Islanders have secured a 1:0 victory over Almeria. Team put up a weak offensive performance, scoring just six goals. Greif, Kadewere and Ndiaye will miss the upcoming game.

In six matches of La Liga Catalan side earned five victories and a draw, delivering 16 points and a 2nd spot in the standings. 

Team put up a great defensive performance, Barca conceded only one goal. Offensive line is also brilliant, team scored 18 goals. After a victory over Cadiz (4:0) visitors secured a victory over Elche (3:0). Roberto, Kounde, Depay, Bellerin and Araujo will miss the upcoming match.
