Leeds United vs Aston Villa: prediction for the English Premier League match

Leeds United really struggled to keep their residence in the elite. They managed to climb out of the relegation zone in the last rounds of the tournament and finished in 17th place. The start to the new campaign, on the contrary, was strong. The Peacocksbeat Wolverhampton (2:1) and Chelsea (3:0), and got past their first opponent in the League Cup.

In the first six Premier League games, Jesse Marsch's side recorded two victories and two draws, which brought them eight points and the 11th line in the table. In the last outing, however, Leeds suffered a crushing defeat to Brentford (2:5).

Aston Villa had a disappointing Premier League campaign last season. In the summer transfer window, Steven Gerrard reinforced some positions with the likes of Diego Carlos from Sevilla (31 million) and Leander Dendoncker from Wolverhampton (15 million).

Currently, they are 15th in the standings. In the last outing, the team celebrated success over Southampton (1:0).

Kamara, Diego Carlos, Cash, Digne have been ruled out of this fixture.
