Osaka vs Collins: prediction for the US Open match

Since the start of the year Naomi Osaka had only one successful tournament. At the end of March she reached the final of Miami tournament, where she suffered a defeat to Iga Swiatek (4:6, 0:6). After that tournament Japanese player played seven matches and won only two of them. 

Naomi approached the US Open tournament in a poor form. She failed to get past the second round at San Jose, retired from the first match at Toronto due to injury and suffered a defeat to Zhang Shuai in the first round of Cincinnati tournament (4:6, 5:7). 

Collins achieved her best result on January, reaching the final of Australian Open. After that, Danielle rarely played and recorded only six victories in 13 matches. 

Before the start of US Open, Collins didn't play at American hard tournaments. She played her most recent match at Lausanne clay tournament on July 12. It is hard to assess the current form of World No. 19 player.
