Switzerland national team is not  considered a favourite of the Euro 2022. Swiss side barely made it to the tournament. Nati finished 2nd in the qualification group and beat Czech Republic in the knockouts via penalty shoot-out.

Mark Parsons' charges claimed five victories in seven matches of the World Cup qualification, delivering 17 points and a two-point lead over the closest competitor. In first two match of the current competition the Dutch team drew to Sweden (1:1) and beat Portugal (3:2). Team is now at the top of the group.
