Naomi Osaka vs Veronika Kudermetova. Prediction and Betting Tips for WTA Indian Wells

Naomi Osaka got off to a confident start in 2022 season. At the first Melbourne tournament she made it to the semifinals, where she was drawn to play against her today opponent, Veronika Kudermetova. But Naomi chose to save the energy for Australian Open and withdrew herself from the match. However, this move didn't help the Japanese player, she was eliminated in the third round of the Major by Amanda Anisimova (6:4, 3:6, 6:7). 

Osaka started the Indian Wells tournament with a narrow victory over Sloane Stephens (3:6, 6:1, 6:2). Naomi took some time for adaptation, but then turned things around and crushed the opponent. 

In the new season Veronika Kudermetova put up a great performance in two tournaments. Russian player reached the finals at Melbourne and Dubai. But she was unable to get the title - she was defeated by Halep and Ostapenko respectively. 

Despite two successful tournaments, Kudermetova is not always so impressive. She left tournaments at Saint Petersburg and Doha after first matches. Kudermetova is starting the Indian Wells tournaments from the second round and maybe the lack of match practice will affect negatively on her performance.
