Augsburg vs Borussia Dortmund: prediction for the Bundesliga match

Everyone expected more from Augsburg in the first half of the season, but team eventually lost focus and ended up in the relegation zone. After 23 rounds Markus Weinzierl's men have five victories and seven draws to their name, delivering 22 points and a 16th spot in the standings. 

Team's offensive line is looking weak, only 25 goals were scored. In four latest matches Fuggers recorded a victory over Union Berlin (2:0) and suffered three defeats, the most recent one - to Freiburg (1:2). 

Majer, Jensen, Finnbogason, Strobl, Zeqiri, Gummy and Winther won't feature in the upcoming match. 

BVB finished the previous season at the 3rd position and earned a spot in the Champions League. Unfortunately, Dortmund failed to achieve success in that tournament. After a failure at the group stage team went into the Europa League playoffs, but failed to beat Rangers in the first round, suffering a 4:6 defeat on aggregate.
