Betis vs Mallorca: prediction for the La Liga fixture

Betis put up a great performance in the Spanish Cup, they beat Sevilla (2:1) and Real Sociedad (4:0) in that tournament. In the first leg of a semi-final against Rayo Vallecano, Betis also performed successfully - a 2:1 away victory is a great result before the reverse match.

Mallorca got off to a decent start in La Liga after a promotion, gained in the previous season. Team also put up a solid performance in Spanish Cup, after easy victories in first rounds club also beat Eibar and Espanyol, but was eliminated in the quarter-final by Rayo Vallecano (0:1). 

Luis Plaza's men have six victories and eight draws in La Liga, delivering 26 points and a 15th spot in the standings. In two latest matches The Pirates beat Cadiz (2:1) and Athletic (3:2).
