After failing to qualify for the Conference League knockouts and losing to Chelsea in the League Cup semi-finals (3:0 on agregate), Tottenham turn their attention to the FA Cup. The North Londoners will hope to go all the way and lift their first FA Cup since 1991.

In the Premier League, the Lilywhites have earned 36 points from 20 games (11 victories and 3 draws). They got the upper hand over Leicester (3:2) before suffering a defeat to Chelsea (0:2). The Spurs are currently in 7th place in the log. 

The hosts will be without Heung-Min Son and Cristian Romero. 

Brighton were off to a powerful start in the Premier League, but soon the team dropped out. At the moment, the Seagulls are in 9th place in the standings with a total of 30 points and still have a fair chance of getting European football. In the most recent matches, Graham Potter's charges have played out three 1:1 draws in a row - against Crystal Palace, Chelsea, and Leicester. 

In their FA Cup opener, the Seagulls prevailed over West Bromwich on penalties. 

Steeleand Sarmiento are both sidelined with injuries, while Mwepu, Allister and Duffy are doubtful.
