Tomljanovic vs Kenin: prediction for the WTA Adelaide match

Ajla Tomljanovic is performing at home Adelaide tournament for a third consecutive year. Before this year she only once managed to advance past the first round. Now Tomljanovic has a chance to get to the quarter-final. 

In the first round Australian player faced Watson, who is a dangerous opponent. This match was extremely contested, but eventually Tomljanovic secured a victory in straight sets (6:4, 7:6). Australian player managed to step up in crucial moments of the match, unlike her opponent. 

In 2020 Sofia Kenin won a title at Australian Open, to everyone's surprise. But since then American player was not so successful at Australian tournaments.

In the first round of Adelaide competition Kenin faced a fairly unknown player from Italy, Bronzetti. It was not an easy match for Kenin (7:5, 7:5). Her serving was far from perfect - she won only 57% of points. Bronzetti made four breaks throughout the match.
