Watford vs West Ham. Prediction and Betting Tips for English Premier League (December 28, 2021).

Watford endured a poor start to the season. They knocked out Crystal Palace in the first round of the League Cup (1:0), but  failed to build on this success and lost to Stoke City in the following match (1:3). 

The team's Premier League results haven't been impressive, either. Claudio Ranieri was appointed head coach for the Hornets in October, but Watford's results are still nothing to write home about.

West Ham got off to a flying start in the new season but they haven't been delivering successful results of late. In the League Cup, the Hammers had two impressive games, where they knocked out Manchester City and Manchester United, but in the quarterfinal match they lost to Tottenham (1-2).

David Moyes' men enjoyed a successful campaign in the Europa League. They won four out of six games and finished the group stage on top of their group. 

In the Premier League, West Ham played 18 games. The Londoners chalked up 28 points from eight victories and four draws. Currently, the Hammers are 6th in the standings. After beating Chelsea 3-2 at home, West Ham recorded two draws and lost twice.

The visitors will be without Zouma, Ogbonna, and Cresswell. Antonio was ruled out due to COVID-19 protocol.
