Marseille vs Lokomotiv: prediction for the Europa League match

Marseille found themselves in a difficult group with Lazio, Galatasaray and Lokomotiv, but Jorge Sampaoli's men, along with Lazio, were the main favourites for the top spot. But in the first round the White-Blues slipped up - they failed to hold on to the lead in the match against Lokomotiv (1:1) at Moscow, this mistake probably cost the team a spot in the play-off zone. 

In the next round Marseille once again put up a better performance than the opponent, but failed to convert their chances, getting only a goalless draw out of the match against Galatasaray. The White-Blues also split the points with Lazio two times and in the most recent match team needed a victory over Galatasaray, but eventually Marseille failed to get points at Istanbul, losing to the Lions by a 2:4 score - a loss left the team without a chance to fight for a play-off spot.
