Lorient vs Nantes: prediction for the Ligue 1 match

In the previous season Lorientmanaged to keep the Ligue 1 spot, but failed to fight for something more than that. Seems like nothing will change in the new season. After 16 rounds of the current campaign Christophe Pelissier's men have only three victories and six draws, which brought them 15 points and a 16th spot in the standings. 

Team's weakest link is their offensive line, they scored only 13 goals so far. In five previous matches seaside club was defeated, most recently by Rennes (0:2) and Troyes (0:2).

Jenz, Lemoine, Monconduit, Hergault and Morel won't feature in this game. 

Nantes finished the previous season in the relegation play-off zone, so team had to fight hard to keep a spot in the Ligue 1 for themselves. Start of the new season turned out to be more successful - visitors are fighting for every point since the first rounds. The Canaries have five victories and four draws to date, which earned 19 points and a 13th spot in the standings. 

After a draw against Lille (1:1) The Yellow-Greens failed to avoid defeat in the match against Marseille (0:1). 

Emond, Pereira, Corchia and Pallois won't feature in this game.
