Lokomotiv vs Lazio. Predictions and Betting Tips for UEFA Europa League

Lokomotiv found themselves in a difficult group with Galatasaray, Marseille and Lazio. The Railwaymen had a slim chance for a success against these opponents and team confirmed the status of a main underdog in the group. Lokomotiv got off to a decent start, team snatched a draw in a home match against Marseille (1:1). 

But after that slight success two failures followed - The Railwaymen failed to put up a fight in an away match against Lazio (0:2) and then failed to beat Galatasaray (0:1) in an even match. In the return match at Istanbul Lokomotiv conceded a goal to the Lions, but then managed to step up and earned a 1:1 draw, so team still has a chance for a play-off spot - they are only three points adrift from second-placed Lazio. 

Before the start of the Europa League group stage Lazio was considered the main favourite of the group, but so far Maurizio Sarri's men are not looking so strong. In the first match The Eagles suffered an unexpected defeat - team failed to convert their chances and scored an own goal, gifting a 0:1 victory to Galatasaray. 

Lazio recorded an easy victory over Lokomotiv in the second round, a 2:0 victory proved a difference in class between the teams. But they failed to extend that success - The Eagles had a goalless draw with Marseille at home, in match at France team failed to keep a two-goal lead and Provencals managed to come back, so team got only one point. 

Overall, Lazio approaches the fifth round as a second team in the group with five points in the asset, three points adrift from the leader, Galatasaray.
