Club Brugge vs Manchester City. Prediction and Betting Tips for UEFA Champions League (October 19, 2021).

Before the start of the Champions League, Belgian champions Club Brugge were considered the main outsider in their group. After all, their opponents are Manchester City, PSG, and RB Leipzig. However, Philippe Clement's charges were a pleasant surprise. 

In the first round, the Belgian club hosted the formidable PSG with Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappé. Despite all the predictions, Club Brugge put up a good fight and managed to record a draw (1:1). After that, Club Brugge defeated RB Leipzig (2:1) and occupied the 2nd line in the group table. 

Manchester City, on the other hand, immediately were regarded as the favourite of the group and, possibly, the tournament in general. Pep Guardiola's men had a fantastic start to the Champions League this year, defeating RB Leipzig at home with a score of 6:3. 

In the second round, City travelled to Paris. Last year, Manchester City knocked PSG out of the tournament. That was not forgotten, and PSG took their revenge. Idrissa Gueye and Lionel Messi scored for the hosts, and Manchester City couldn't respond. As a result - a 0:2 defeat away and 3rd place in the group table.
