Fiorentina looked good against the reigning champions Inter Milan and even were in the lead after the first half, but then Inter netted three goals and secured a win. In the last rounds, the Violets defeated Udinese (1:0) and lost to Napoli (1:2), keeping the sixth line in the table. Juventus, Atalanta, and Bologna are just one point behind Fiorentina.
