Liudmila Samsonova vs Ajla Tomljanovic. Predictions and Betting Tips for WTA Kremlin Cup

Liudmila Samsonova had a breakthrough in 2021, she won her first ever WTA title at Berlin and now she is a member of Top-50 in the world rankings. Russian player achieved best results at fast surfaces. In September Liudmila reached the semi-final of Luxembourg indoor tournament, securing a victory over the Olympic champion, Belinda Bencic (6:1, 6:4), along the way. 

Samsonova is not so successful at Kremlin Cup. But she already played at that tournament. In 2019 she failed to advance through qualification, in the first match she managed to beat Rakhimova, but then she went down to Flipkens (5:7, 4:6). 

Ajla Tomljanovic is also having a successful season. Australian player reached the quarter-final at Wimbledon. At the recent Indian Wells tournament she reached the round of 16 and then suffered a defeat to Kerber (4:6, 1:6).

World No. 47 player has participated at Moscow tournament three times, but it is not a successful competition for her. Tomljanovic managed to advance past the first round at the Russian capital only once. Tomljanovic is not so successful on indoor tournaments - she recorded 13 victories and suffered 15 defeats.
