Irina-Camelia Begu vs Fiona Ferro. Predictions and Betting Tips for WTA Indian Wells

Throughout the whole season even Irina-Camelia Begu doesn't know what to expect of herself. Sometimes she plays brilliantly, but then completely fails the next tournament. For example, at Cleveland tournament Begu managed to reach the final. Only Kontaveit managed to stop the impressive run of Romanian player (7:6, 6:4). At US Open Begu was beaten in the first round by Petkovic (2:6, 6:7). 

After a performance at New York Romanian player didn't play a single official match. Pause is probably a good decision. Begu is a regular guest here, at Indian Wells, in her three most recent tournaments here she managed to advance past the first round twice. 

Fiona Ferro failed to keep her Top-50 spot and she is currently at 83rd position of WTA rankings. 2021 is not a successful season for the young French player - she has 17 victories and 19 defeats since the start of the year. 

Ferro played her most recent official match at Ostrava tournament, which was held in September. She advanced through two qualifying rounds in that tournament, but in the first round of the main draw she was beaten by Riske (4:6, 6:1, 4:6). At Indian Wells Ferro played only once, in 2019 she was eliminated in qualifying rounds.
