Sassuolo vs Torino. Prediction and Betting Tips for Serie A (September 17, 2021).

Sassuolo headed into the new season without several key players and without the coach who was responsible for the success of the team in recent years. But despite the fans' fears, Sassuolo showed bright and fun football in the first rounds. In the opening game of the season, the Neroverdi won over Verona, demonstrating their signature attacking style (3:2).

However, Sassuolo couldn't build on that success: in the second round, Alessio Dionisi's men hosted Bologna, but failed to get three points. The game was far from entertaining and ended in a goalless draw. In the last match, the Neroverdi were defeated 1:2 at Roma and dropped to 9th place in the table.

Last season, Torinoalmost got relegated from Serie A. But at the final stretch of the tournament, the Bulls managed to earn the necessary points and retain their residence in the top Italian league. In the summer, Ivan Juric became the new manager. At Verona he had shown how much he can do with a weaker team, but the start of the season at Torino was not so successful for the Croatian manager. 

In the first round, the Bulls lost to Atalanta (1:2), and in the folowing game Torino suffered another defeat. They showed good football, but Fiorentina were a bit luckier (1:2). The Bulls won their first victory of the season in the last round: they absolutely destroyed Salernitana (4:0). The three points allowed Torino to climb onto 11th place in the table.
