Nantes vs Lyon: awaiting sensation?

In the previous season Nantes had to play in relegation play-off. Eight-time French champion finished the season on 18th place and after a defeat in the last match they were destined for a relegation play-off against Toulouse. We should say that The Canaries played great in those matches. 

During the summer club signed a Fiorentina keeper Alban Lafont for 7,5 million euros. Wylan Cyprien was signed on loan from Parma and Osman Bukari was loaned from Gent. 

At the start of the new season Yellow-Greens had a draw against Monaco (1:1), then beat Metz at home (2:0) and in the most recent match they were beaten by Rennes (0:1). Antoine Kombouare's team currently has four points and they are on the ninth spot in the standings.

Cyprien, Coulibaly, Kolo Muani and Limbombe, who has a muscle injury, are unavailable for this match.

In the previous season Lyon were among the leaders since the first rounds, but they eventually lost focus. They finished the season on fourth place, which is a huge achievement.

During the summer Peter Bosz took over the team. Club also signed Xherdan Shaqiri from Liverpool for 6 million euros, Daniel Silva from Rennes and Emerson from Chelsea, who was loaned.

The Kids started the season unsuccessfully. In the first round they had a draw against Brest at home (1:1), then they were beaten by Angers (0:3). And in the most recent match visitors were ahead of Clermont by two goals, but eventually match ended with a 3:3 draw.
