Kasatkina vs McNally: no surprises

In two recent tournaments at Montreal and Cincinnati Daria Kasatkina won only one match. But here, at a lower-prestigious Cleveland tournament, Russian player should be able to fight for the title. 

In the first round Russian player had Slovenian Kaja Juvan as the opponent. In our prediction we pointed that Daria should be comfortable to play against a physically weaker opponent. Eventually she recorded a victory, just like it was expected (6:3, 6:3).

Caty McNally is only 19 years old and sometimes American player puts up a decent performance in some matches. But it usually occurs in ITF tournaments. In the main draw of WTA competitions Caty recorded only seven victories since the start of the year.

At the Cleveland tournament McNally played against an obscure player, Danilina, in the first round. But it was an extremely contested match and McNally needed three sets to record a victory (7:6, 5:7, 6:4).
