Tampa Bay vs Montreal. Prediction and Betting Tips for NHL (June 29, 2021).

On their way to the final, Tampa had real difficulties only once, in the semifinals. Before that, the opponents couldn't impose a fight on such a strong team. The Lightning easily outplayed Florida and crushed Carolina in the quarterfinals (4:1). The only club to show resistance was the Islanders. 

Despite really tough matches, Tampa remained the favorites as they were slightly more confident. Their advantage became obvious after John Cooper's charges absolutely destroyed the Islanders in one of the games with a score of 8:0. The Lightning truly are in superb form and deserved to compete for the Stanley Cup. 

Few believed that Montreal would be able to make it to the final, especially after their weak performance at the first stage of the playoffs. But the Canadiens pulled themselves together, and not only made a comeback in the series, beating Toronto, but also defeated Winnipeg in the quarterfinals.

In the semifinals, the Canadiens faced another rather serious opponent, the Golden Knights. But Montreal showed their character and skills, winning the series against Vegas with a score of 4: 2. It is worth praising Montreal's defense, who managed to withhold the pressure of the Knights.
