Winnipeg vs Montreal. Prediction and Betting Tips for NHL (June 3, 2021).

Over the course of the regular season of NHL, Winnipeglacked consistency and had a very shaky finish to it as well. But in the playoffs, the team started to believe in themselves. They started as an outsider of the series against Edmonton, but outplayed the Oilers in four straight games, three of them in overtime. 

The Jets had a good rest after the round of 16, which they really needed since the games against Edmonton were tough. We can't single out any player, as the whole team contributed to the victory over the Oilers.

If the Jets' victory in the series against Edmonton could have been expected, then the outcome of the series between Montreal and Toronto really came as a surprise to most of us. The Canadiens were losing with the score of 1:3 and seemed like they had lost already, but they were not willing to give up.

Dominique Ducharme's charges scored two wins in overtime, getting on the Maple Leafs' nerves. And then they beat Toronto in the final game of the series 3:1. That was an away game, by the way. It was clear that the team had worked on performance skills, and started to created more chances as well. Carey Price found his game, stopping over 30 shots in every game.
